Anatoly Yakovenko, Solana founder urges all validators to
upgrade the network to node version 1.13.5. According Yakovenko the update
should fix network outages caused by UDP-based protocol’s overloads. Only
44.53% of validators have updated to the latest version.
We need to see if outages from now on still happen or not.
The cryptocurrency community still has concern about Solana’s outages.
