Exchange. Microsoft is investing in London Stock Exchange by purchasing 4% of
its stake. The company is going to develop cloud computing technology for
London Stock Exchange and making it fully integrate to the path of digital
transformation.
London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is the company that administers
the London Stock Exchange. It is one of the leading financial markets in the
world. Microsoft is
going to purchase an approximately 4% equity stake in LSEG through the
acquisition of shares from the Blackstone/Thomson Reuters Consortium.
