Sui Mainnet Will Go Live On May 3, 2023

Sui announces on Twitter that its mainnet will be launching on May 3, 2023. Sui is a blockchain that uses Move programming language which claim to be easier to develop into dApps and smart contracts. Sui blockchain can process 120,000 TPS and time to finality is less than 1 second.

Its main competitor is Aptos which uses similar technology. Both Sui and Aptos uses Move programming language, uses parallel execution technology to develop fast transactions.

Sui will be launching presale on 3 crypto exchanges on April 23, 2023.

1. ByBit (94 million SUI)

2. OKX (225 million SUI)

3. Kucoin (225 million SUI)

554 million SUI will be circulating in the market after April 23. After that Sui mainnet will go live on May 3, 2023.
