Pump.fun, the platform where anyone can
create and launch a token on Solana, has recorded a new monthly all-time high
in revenue generated with $30.5 million in October 2024. This represents a 111%
increase over the previous month's total and surpasses the previous monthly
all-time high of $28.64 million set in July.
The surge in revenue was driven by
AI-themed and memecoin projects, particularly those endorsed by AI agents on
social media platforms like X. Tokens like GOAT, endorsed by AI agent
@truth_terminal, reached impressive market capitalizations, with GOAT peaking
at $920 million.
The platform's cumulative revenue has
now surpassed $130 million since its launch in January 2024. This growth
reflects the platform's ability to capitalize on emerging trends within the
cryptocurrency space.
