Base blockchain outpaced all other
networks in stablecoin transfer volume for the first time on October 26, 2024.
On October 26, Base processed over
$18.1 billion in stablecoin transactions, with 99.9% of these transactions in
USDC. This record-breaking figure accounted for more than 30.09% of the global
stablecoin transaction volume on that day.
Solana followed closely, securing 25.01%
of the total volume, while Ethereum took third place, handling 19.98% of
stablecoin transactions. According to data from Artemis.
