Tigran Gambaryan, a Binance executive, has been experiencing a serious health crisis while he has been detained in Nigeria.

According to recent reports, his condition has worsened, and he urgently requires surgeries.

He has been in Kuje prison since April 8 and is reportedly being denied adequate access to his legal team.

His family has expressed concerns about his rapidly deteriorating health, stating that he is mostly bedridden and now requires blood thinners to prevent blood clots.

Additionally, he has had multiple throat infections and pneumonia, which have led to the need for further surgery to remove his tonsils.

He needs two surgeries to remove his tonsils and correct a herniated disc in his back. His herniated disc in his back has worsened to the point where it might leave permanent damage and affect his ability to walk.

The situation is quite alarming, and there are calls for intervention to assist him. His wife, Yuki is asking the Nigerian government to allow him to get medical care.

His wife said that if he can get medical treatment early his symptoms can be cured.

His next court hearing is scheduled for October 11.

Nigerian officials dropped tax charges against Gambaryan and his colleague, Nadeem Anjarwalla, in June.

However, Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is still pursuing money laundering charges against both of them.
