Raydium, a decentralized exchange runs on Solana blockchain was
hacked. On December 16, a hacker began an exploit on Raydium’s liquidity pool.
This malicious actor took $4.4 million worth of many cryptocurrencies from
Raydium’s exchange pools such as Ethereum, USDC, and Solana.
Raydium responded by halting AMM and farming programs. Raydium is the DeFi flagship of Solana platform. It has around $45 million in trading pool with trading volume around $1-4 million per day.
