In 2019 Microsoft invested $1 billion in OpenAI and Microsoft wants
to increase its stake in 2023. Microsoft is in talk to invest $10
billion in OpenAI at $29 billion valuation. In the talk Microsoft would have
49% stake, other investors would hold 49% stake. The rest 2% own by OpenAI's nonprofit parent. Microsoft will
receive 75% of OpenAI’s profits until it recoup initial investment.
