Montenegro court ordered to imprison Do Kwon for four months. On July 19, the court’s verdict found Do
Kwon guilty of document forgery from his use of fake passports.
Do Kwon and Han Chang-joon have 2 Costa
Rican passports, 2 Belgian passports, and two identity cards. The court has
confiscated all of these documents owned by Do Kwon.
Do Kwon’s
lawsuit is an ongoing process and has a long way to go. Both South Korean and
U.S. authorities have requested his extradition to face criminal charges
related to the collapse of Terra blockchain that happened in May 2022.
