On September 21, 2023 Arbitrum and Chainlink launched Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) on Arbitrum One mainnet. Developers can build cross-chain dApps on Arbitrum using CCIP. Users can transfer tokens and data cross-chain easier.

batch transactions to Ethereum mainnet. Arbitrum is the largest Ethereum
scaling solution. It currently has $1.724 billion in TVL.
