Twitter is preparing to apply for the necessary regulatory approvals to integrate payments into the platform, including future crypto support, as the Financial Times reported.
Social media platforms are applying for licenses, and designing the software needed to pay for the platform, part of Elon Musk's push to turn Twitter into a "super app," the Financial Times said, citing people familiar with the company's plans.
The payments
will focus on fiat currencies "first," according to the Financial
Times report, but it was also created to allow for later additions to Crypto
support.

As his tweeting on social media shows he is looking for the system to take a plethora of services in one App, like as Apple Pay. However, what twitter's payment service remains didn't show up, but he wants the system to be fiat first and it must support cryptocurrency payment in the future too.
