All 191 holders of Uniswap (UNI) tokens voted "yes" to the proposal to launch a DEX on Polygon's zkEVM, with the proposal to launch Uniswap v3 on zkEVM requiring a minimum of 40 million votes to pass. The proposal received over 42.4 million votes in favor.

The 191 Ethereum addresses that voted in favor of the proposal were
led by Gauntlet, a platform for financial modeling, and ConsenSys, a provider
of Ethereum infrastructure, with each receiving over 7
million votes, according to Tally, a decentralized finance governance
dashboard.
Jack Melnick, the Head of Business Development at Polygon, stated that now is an "appropriate time" to make Uniswap v3 available on Polygon's zkEVM, as it is an "EVM equivalent," meaning that there is no need to compile new EVM smart contracts.
Polygon's zkEVM was officially launched on mainnet on March 27th.
