Branko Stamenkovic, Serbian Head of High-Tech Crime Prosecution Office, told DLNews during an interview in March 23 that Serbian police seized luxury apartment in Belgrade where Do Kwon had been hidden for 6 months. Han Chang-Joon Terraform Labs Chief Financial Officer bought this apartment for €2 million. The apartment is located in Serbia's capital city. Serbian police had never been aware that Do Kwon had been living at this apartment for 6 months.

Do Kwon was arrested alongside with Han Chang-Joon at Podgorica airport. They were boarding a private jet flight to Dubai. They were detained and alleged for using fake passports. Currently, Do Kwon's lawsuit is under Montenegro's jurisdiction. US and South Korean authorities have charges Kwon in a lawsuit related to the collapse of Terra that wipde out $60 billion.
