According to court documents filed on May 8th in a New York district court, SBF's legal team has asked for all charges to be dropped except for three charges related to conspiracy to commit commodities fraud, securities fraud, and money laundering.
Judge Lewis Kaplan will hear arguments on June 15th
regarding this request, and prosecutors will have until June 29th to respond.
