During the past two months there were more NFTs have been purchased on Polygon than on Ethereum. Polygon NFTs have had more sales than Ethereum NFTs for two months in a row. In January 2023, there were 1.5 million NFT sales on Polygon Ethereum’s sidechain. Whereas, there were 1.1 million NFT sales on Ethereum mainnet. Ethereum proof-of-stake still does not solve the problem of high gas fees. Therefore, making Polygon’s popularity increase.
