Montenegro Court Allows Do Kwon For
Bail
Montenegro court accepts Do Kwon’s bail
offer. The number of offers is $436,000 for each Do Kwon and Hang Chang-joon.
Both Do Kwon and Han Chang-joon will
stay under home confinement in an apartment in Montenegro.
800,000 EURO GUARANTEE ACCEPTED TO
KOREAN CITIZENS C.J.H. AND K.D.H.
The court accepted the offered guarantee
of EUR 400,000.00 each to the defendants C.J.H. and K.D.H. and ordered that
they be released upon payment of this amount. According to the defendants, a
measure of supervision was also determined - a ban on leaving the apartment,
which will be carried out by the police. If the accused escapes or violates the
measure of supervision, the guarantee shall deteriorate and shall be included
in a special distribution of the budget for the work of the courts.
