plans to invest $80 billion in AI-focused data centers during fiscal year 2025.
This massive investment aims to maintain U.S. leadership in the global AI race

The company plans to build data centers

More than half of this investment will
be focused on the United States, with additional investments in regions like

the workforce, Microsoft stressed the need for a national AI talent strategy.
The company cited its commitment to
training 2.5 million Americans in 2025 alone, focusing on AI fluency and deeper
technical expertise.
