Game Crypto platform called “Fractal” under co-founder Twitch prepares to extend into Polygon network

Fractal, a gaming-focused marketplace on the Solana blockchain founded by Twitch co-founder Justin Kan, is expanding to Polygon.


Fractal will work with 30 top Polygon games, according to the company, in a statement, including Aavegotchi, Derby Stars, Sunflower Land and Decentral Games, according to Fractal.


Using the Polygon network, Fractal aims to accelerate. "The development and accessibility of a lot of game projects that are being created," he said, adding that so far there have been "more than 200 unique games released on Polygon."


Sandeep Nailwal, co-founder of the Polygon Foundation, said, "Fractal has become an important hub for the discovery of blockchain games," "and we aim to make 2023 the year we bring Web3 games to the mass market."


Fractal is the primary and secondary market for in-game utility NFTs, with gaming companies creating and releasing game NFTs for fans, while players can trade NFTs among themselves in the peer-to-peer market. Moreover, this market will launch in 2021 and it raised $35 million with the support of investors such as Andreessen Horowitz and Animoca.
