Changpeng Zhao is the founder of the
world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance. He was born in Jiangsu
Province in China. He and his family immigrated to Canada, he holds Canadian
citizenship. Changpeng Zhao graduated from McGill University with a BA in
Computer Science. After graduation, he went to work with financial firms. He
found Binance in 2017 and it quickly became the market leader of cryptocurrency
exchanges.
