Do Kwon Paid $6.8 Billion To Kim & Chang Law Firm Right Before The Collapse Of Terra

South Korean prosecutors confirmed that Terraform Labs CEO, Do Kwon paid 9 billion won worth approximately $6.8 million to Korean law firm Kim & Chang right before the collapse of Terra that wiped out $60 billion of Luna's value. Kwon’s decision to pay money to the law firm was interpreted as an act of intent that he realized that the collapse of Terra will lead to legal problems.

Currently Kwon and Han Chang-joon were arrested in Montenegro. They were arrest on March 23. Before they were arrested Kim & Chang’s lawyers traveled to Montenegro to talk with Do Kwon and Han Chang-joon about legal issues. Do Kwon is under Montenegro’s jurisdiction. The US and South Korea authorities are requesting Do Kwon to be prosecute and carry out lawsuit in their countries. Montenegro’s court will decide which country will Do Kwon be extradicate to.
