The Korea Times reports that Do Kwon the founder of Terraform Labs that was arrested in Montenegro, now facing multiple criminal charges including commodities fraud, securities fraud, wire fraud, and conspiracy to defraud and engage in market manipulation. Do Kwon was arrested on March 23 after he was being caught trying to catch a flight at Podgorica airport using fake Costa Rican travel documents.
