The US Commodity Futures Trading
Commission (CFTC) sues Binance CEO
and founder Changpeng Zhao on March 27. CFTC regulates crypto derivatives
and futures trading. CFTC alleges
that Binance provide unregistered
crypto derivatives products in the US and alleged Binance for not following
rules and regulations imposed by CFTC. It sues Binance through the United
States District Court For Northern District of Illinois. CFTC is requesting
Binance to follow its requirements.
